PURECAF is intended as an ingredient only. Use no more than 1 tsp. per serving. It is much too concentrated to drink without diluting. Never store in a place where children can access.

SIDE EFFECTS: Nausea, stomach upset, insomnia, restlessness, nervousness, tremor, headache, lightheadedness may occur. Large amounts of caffeine may aggravate ulcers, cause frequent urination, flushing, muscle twitch or irritability. If any of these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor.

Notify your doctor if you experience: dizziness, depression, rapid breathing, chest pain, confusion, fatigue. Abrupt stopping of caffeine intake after several weeks of regular daily use may cause withdrawal symptoms such as headache, anxiety or muscle tension within 12 to 18 hours. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor.

PRECAUTIONS: DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IF YOU SUFFER FROM: heart disease, diabetes, anxiety disorders, depression, ulcers, allergies. DO NOT use during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. Since small amounts of this product appear in breast milk, consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
